The Cucua Foundation
Background
The Cucua Foundation empowers young women and youth across Uganda through mentorship, health education and safe community spaces. Named after its founder’s grandmother, it needed a website that could tell that story with warmth and give people clear ways to support the work.
Solution
We designed and built a warm, photo-led website. A full-screen homepage opens on the foundation’s main messages, followed by its programmes, each with its own page and impact numbers: mentorship and leadership, menstrual health, public health, community outreach and safe spaces. The founder’s story, a stories section and a gallery show the people behind the work, while clear routes let visitors donate, volunteer, partner or sponsor a programme, and join the mailing list for updates.
