The Coffee & Cocoa Directory was developed and is maintained by the Government of Uganda through the Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA) with funding from the European Union under Market Access Upgrade Programme (MARKUP). The overall objective of MARKUP is to contribute to the economic development of Uganda by increasing the value of coffee and cocoa exports with the main focus on exports to the European Union and East African Community. One of the key deliverables of MARKUP is to develop a directory of coffee and cocoa value chain actors and the related industries.
